Swimming lessons

Our swimming lessons for adults and teens teach important water safety skills, not just for the pool but for rivers, lakes and the ocean.

Whether you're a complete beginner, want to become more confident in the water or are looking to improve your swimming technique – we can help you achieve your goals.

In the adult and teen swimming program, you have the opportunity to:

  • learn foundational skills in swimming such as floating, treading water and basic strokes;
  • develop and refine previously learnt swimming strokes;
  • achieve personal goals for your own swimming needs.

Program requirements

Please bring swimwear, towel and dry clothes to your swimming lessons. Goggles are recommended but not essential.

Our swimming teachers

Our teachers provide a safe, social and encouraging learning environment. They hold nationally accredited swimming teacher and water safety certificates, as well as current CPR and first aid certificates.
