About Women’s Health Week
Women’s Health Week is Australia’s biggest week dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of women, girls and gender-diverse people. Held annually in the first week of September, it’s a nationwide initiative led by Jean Hailes for Women’s Health.
The week is all about encouraging women to prioritise their health, get informed, and take positive action
To celebrate the week, we’re offering two free community events that focus on movement, mindfulness, and connection.
