The Boot n’ Scoot program provides free outdoor group fitness sessions for adults, plus free skate mentoring sessions for kids.

We’ve teamed up with Junction Skate & BMX Park to run Boot n’ Scoot. This special program is dedicated to getting everyone in the community active during the summer holidays.

Parents can get involved in free outdoor group fitness sessions. Health club instructors will coach the group through strength, stretch and cardio elements, helping you to stay motivated. The sessions focus on getting active in a fun outdoor setting and are open to anyone. So whether you’re a complete beginner or have taken part in group fitness sessions before, you can get active with us.

While you train, Junction Skate Park will be providing free skate mentoring sessions for the kids. This is a great way for kids to stay active, try something new and have fun – all under the supervision of our friendly skateboarding instructors.

Boot n’ Scoot sessions

  • 45-minute group exercise session with a personal trainer
  • 45-minute skate mentoring session for kids from five to 12 years of age
